Official Accompanist

OCHI Haruko is from Kyoto City. After graduating from the Kyoto City University of Arts and its graduate school, she received support from the Rohm Music Foundation to further her studies in Germany. She graduated from the graduate school of the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich, and taught at the university before returning to Japan. She won the award for best accompaniment at the 7th Joseph Suder International Song Competition. She has performed in many concerts, including the Kissinger Sommer International Music Festival and the Sendai Classical Music Festival, and has performed on Bayerischer Rundfunk (Bavarian Broadcasting), NHK-FM radio, and NHK TV. She is currently a member of the music staff at the New National Theatre Tokyo, Biwako Hall. She also teaches part-time at the Kyoto City University of Arts, Osaka College of Music and Kobe College.
