Mr. Werner HINK and Ms.Françoise POLLET, who were scheduled to serve on the jury, have withdrawn from the jury due to health issues that prevented them from visiting Japan.
Ms. Jocelyne DIENST-BLADIN, who has been active as an opera coach in various performances and opera recordings, will join the jury.
