I am interested in all issues concerning English education in Japan, particularly standardized testing and evaluation, communicative language teaching and second language vocabulary acquisition. For several years, I have acted as an organizer and advisor for several cooperative learning workshops that help raise the level of communicative English of Japanese university students.
