We are always researching and creating designs and products that bring joy and excitement to people. In designing, we always try to respond to "requests and desires," and from there we add "fun" that is unique to design to create things that bring joy and excitement. We are always trying to respond to "desires and wishes" and to create products that bring joy and excitement.
There are many materials in the world, and there are also a wide variety of technologies for processing and finishing (painting, decorating, etc.). In addition, the five senses and emotions that people possess are also important elements in design.
We believe that by combining these various elements with the "infinite possibilities" of design, we can create objects of even greater value and "interesting" objects.
Shizuoka University of Art and Culture has a variety of processing equipment, facilities, and environments, and we will research, pursue, and practice production to create new designs while making effective use of this extensive equipment.
