メッセージ

企業等へのメッセージ

私の場合、国内では教職大学院・教育学部系、及びNITS、県市教育委員会・研究指定校等が対象となりますが、USA等の教育研究の知見を「輸入する」スタイルに加え、日本の教職研究/実践を海外へ「輸出する」スタイルも重視しています。現在では、国内よりも海外に関心があり、Lesson Study & School Curriculum Management（授業研究・教師の職能形成）等に取り組み、海外大学院のEd.D.博論審査、海外招待講演、国際学会の関連研究、学会Webinar等の国際貢献・研究活動等が一応のハイライトでしょうか。
以下の「科研の歩み」が研究の経緯（概要）となりますが、国際科研（B）による「教師教育の高度化（校長学）・国際化」を教職キャリアの集大成と考えています。

学生・受験生へのメッセージ

私は教職課程なので、学生が教員免許を取得する支援をしています。その延長上に教職を目指してもらえれば十分と考えています。
一方、国際文化学科に対応する意味では、「多文化交流の国際的教育学」「グローカルに学ぶ」等の観点をふまえ、もしも事情が許せば、浜松在住「外国にルーツを持つ生徒の教育（共生の生徒指導論）等」をテーマにした Problem Based Leaning，Service-Learning等のプロジェクトも有効ではないかと思案中です。
